We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. We collect as little personal data as possible. - Reservation system foratable
HUGO’s DAVOS uses the ‘foratable’ reservation system from Lunchgate AG (Badenerstrasse 255, CH-8003 Zurich) to manage table reservations. This system allows you to view the availability of tables and times and to make reservations. The system is also used to accept telephone reservations and walk-ins.
The lawful processing of your data when using this system is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and exclusively for the stated purposes and to maintain security and functionality.
The personal data that you disclose to us for this purpose will be transferred to the servers used by Lunchgate AG in Germany. In accordance with Art. 16 para. 1 DSG, the Swiss Federal Council has determined the adequacy of the level of data protection in Germany in accordance with Art. 8 para. 1 of the Data Protection Ordinance DSV.
